Abuja, Feb. 7, 2018 (NAN) Sound Factory Entertainment (SFE), an Abuja based record company, says three artists under its libel will soon release their albums.
Mr Kayode Olumoko, the Chief Executive Officer of SFE disclosed this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Wednesday in Abuja.
The artists signed under SFE include: Jude Efekorotu a.ka. Jay Tee, Sidney Udele a.k.a Sidney and recently signed Victor Velmo.
While Jay-Tee had a hit single “Chanter’’, Sidney had “Calabash’’ and Velmo “Quietly’’ which featured popular Nigerian rapper, Young Six.
“Each of the artists will drop an album this year; however, we have three songs for each of them to drop in ending of first quarter of this year.
“We will also have their videos rolling out this year. We hope to get nomination slots in some of the forth coming music and video awards in the country and beyond.
“We also want to do club tours because we did all our unveiling in the evenings and had not been able to pull the best of Desk Jokes (DJs) from their enclaves.
“So we need to take our guys and their music to them; a lot of on-air personalities in the country really appreciate their songs and we also have to make the songs club banger,’’ Olumoko said.
The SFE boss said that the label was determined to push the artists to the national and international stages to further boost the music scene in Nigeria. (NAN)
