Mahuta (Kebbi State), May 16, 2017(NAN) Alhaji Ahmed Muhammad, the Sole Administrator of Fakai Local Government Area in Kebbi State, has promised to improve the social condition of the people, if elected chairman in the forthcoming council polls.
Muhammad made the pledge in Mahuta area of the state while speaking with newsmen.
He urged the electorate to opt for purposeful leadership as a way of improving their lives and ensuing rapid development of the area.
According to Muhammad, his experience as a sole administrator will come handy in his bid to meeting the aspirations of the people, especially in the area of tackling unemployment.
He, therefore, urged the youths to support his candidature in the elections.
In a remark, the state Vice Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Alhaji Chindo, who was present, commended the contestant for having the courage to serve the people.
Chindo described the contestant as a tested personality who had the interest of the people at his heart.
He advised the electorate to always be steadfast in choosing only leaders with their interest at heart. (NAN)
