Osogbo, April 27, 2018 (NAN) Mr Najeem Salaam, the Speaker of Osun House of Assembly, has described the death of his Oyo State counterpart, Michael Adeyemo, as “shocking and devastating.’’
Salaam, in a statement issued on Friday in Osogbo by his Chief Press Secretary, Goke Butika, commiserated with the family of the deceased, Oyo State Government and the State House of Assembly.
The Speaker said the late Adeyemo was a great man who peacefully and harmoniously held members of the assembly together.
Salaam, who described the late Adeyemo as a kind hearted man with a good nature, said death is the ultimate end of all mortals.
The Speaker prayed God to grant the family, members of Oyo State House of Assembly and Oyo State Government the fortitude to bear the loss.
