Ilorin, March 7, 2017 (NAN) Fresh Insight Foundation, an NGO, on Tuesday provided 300 primary school pupils with uniform in three schools across the Senatorial Districts of Kwara.

The NGO selected some pupils from some schools whose uniforms were tattered and worn out.

The group also presented sets of furniture to Ajegunle LGEA Primary School, Sango, Ilorin, to aid learning in the school.

Mr Abdulrasheed Akogun, the Director-General of the foundation, said the gesture was to encourage parents and support government’s efforts in providing education to the people.

Akogun said that the provision of uniforms to pupils would go a long way in supporting their educational pursuit.

He said the foundation used the recommendation of the Selection Committee with a pledge to support other schools in the second phase of the programme.
