By Muhammad Auwal.Yola, Sept. 21, 2018 (NAN) The Adamawa Political based organisation, Adamawa Central Zone Campaign Organisation for Buhari/ Bindow 2019, has commended Federal Government’s Social Intervention Programmes.
Alhaji Mustapha Barkindo. chairman of the organisation made the commendation at a news conference on Friday in Yola.
Barkindo said that the federal government commitment toward the implementation of various intervention programmes meant for improving living conditions of the masses was yielding fruitful results in the state.
“The strict implementation of various Federal Government intervention programmes that include N-Power, GEEP, School’s feedings, Poverty and Wealth Creation Office, as well as the Anchor Borrower programmes had significantly improved the living conditions of millions of people in the state.
“In addition many Youths and Women in the state have undergone several skills acquisition training,” Barkindo said.
He said that Gov. Muhammad Bindow had also executed many developmental. projects in almost all critical areas of human endeavour.
He explained that the governor has given more emphasis on areas that include education, healthcare, roads construction and poverty eradication.
Barkindo said that the cardinal objective of the organization was to engage and mobilise electorate and delegates to support the re-election bid of President Muhammadu Buhari and Gov. Muhammad Bindow in 2019 general elections.(NAN)
