Abuja, July 18, 2018 (NAN) Dr Yahaya Ndu, the National Coordinator of Peoples Movement for a New Nigeria on Wednesday proposed mass participatory and multi-interactive website with capacity to accommodate the perpetual active interaction of millions of Nigerians.
Ndu, who made the proposal in a statement in Abuja, said the website would help millions of Nigerians to have interconnected forum simultaneously.
He said that the website should be thoroughly and effectively promoted and publicised to ensure that Nigerians joined it.
He added that “the website will offer platforms to correspond with all structures of government in the country, covering the Executive, Legislative and Executive arms of government.
“The website will expose and synergise the nation’s intellectual capital in such a way as to optimise our development and progress.
“If one were to exhume and exhibit proposals of Nigerians that were prepared and submitted to Ministries, Departments and Agencies through the ages, we would be amazed to discover that more than enough solutions to our national challenges were repeatedly preferred and ignored.”
Ndu, who is also a former National Chairman, African Renaissance Party (ARP) said that such website would offer platform for ministries, states, Local Government Councils and agencies.
He added that it would create platform for Nigerians all over the world, as well as professional bodies and groups and would effectively engage the citizenry in governance processes. (NAN)
