The prosecutor, Mr Joshua Ayanna had told the court that Ayuba Danjuma had reported the matter at the Wuye Divisional Police Station on Jan. 6.

He said that the complainant was in his master’s poultry farm Behind City Gate Police Barracks Wuye, when he heard `unusual noise of some of the turkey birds.’

“He had tried to escape, but was re-arrested and charged to Wuse Magistrate Court for prosecution.’’
