Abuja, Jan.12, 2017 (NAN) The National Industrial Court has adjourned the N4.5 million suit instituted by Mr John David against POW Technologies Company Limited till March 1.
David, a former employee of POW Technologies, who joined Mr Gody Duru-Oguzie, as co-respondent is praying the court to order the company to pay his arrears of salaries from 2013 to 2016.
The claimant is seeking special and general damages as well as cost of litigation.
The judge, Justice Isele Esele, on Thursday adjourned the case at the instance of claimant’s counsel, Mrs Funmi Quadri and respondent’s counsel, Mr Michael Olayide.
In another development, the court has adjourned till Feb.14 the alleged unpaid salaries and entitlements suit filed by Funsho Shuiabu, Christian Ogbonnaya and others against Impresit Bakolori company.
The claimants, who were employees of the company, had alleged that they were owed arrears of salaries and other entitlements since 2011.
Impresit Bakolori is a public liability company with a branch office in Kuje Site and the headquarters on Fingesi Street in Utako District, Abuja. (NAN)
