The Magistrate, Mrs G.O. Anifowoshe, admitted the accused to bail in the sum of N50,000 with two sureties in like sum.
Anifowoshe ordered that the sureties must be gainfully employed and should show evidence of two-year tax payments to the Lagos State Government.
The court adjourned the case until Aug. 29, for mention. (NAN)
