“Uzo-Uwani is richly blessed with arable land.

“We have land for rice cultivation, for cassava, for maize and we have land for yams.

“So, I am calling on investors to come and invest in agro-allied industries. Anything about agriculture will do well in Uzo-Uwani.

“So, we are calling on investors to come; we have the land; and Uzo-Uwani
is among the largest local governments in Enugu State.

“We have a lot of farm lands lying fallow, so we are calling on individuals, government and non governmental agencies, to come in and invest.

“Because the governor (Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi) has provided a very
conducive atmosphere for people to come and invest.

“Enugu State remains the most peaceful state in Nigeria and we intend to
keep it so.’’
