The judge, Justice Edith Agbakoba, fixed the date to enable the respondents’ counsel, Mr Liborous Oshoma, cross examine the claimant’s witness.

Hamoud, a former employee of Roda Ventures, is asking the court to order the company to pay his salary arrears and other benefits for the three years he worked for the company.

The claimant also joined one Ahmed Jammal and Roda Jammal as co- respondents in the suit.

According to the claimant, represented by his counsel, Mr Charles Chimezie, his appointment was unlawfully terminated by the respondents on May 1, 2015.

The claimant, who is also seeking for damages, had told the court to use his witness statement as his evidence in the suit.
