Ikeja, July 12, 2018(NAN)The police on Thursday arraigned a 30 -year-old businessman, Bashir Bello, in an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court, for alleged theft.
The accused, who resides at Matogun in Ogun, is being tried for attempted theft, an offence he denied committing.
The prosecutor, Sgt. Godwin Awase, told the court that the accused committed the offence on July 4, at Ojokoro, Lagos.
Awase alleged that the accused unlawfully entered the residence of Mr Tajudeen Abdulazeez in order to steal.
