Lagos, June 6, 2018 (NAN) A 37-year-old sales representative, Oladele Aduloju, on Wednesday appeared before a Tinubu Magistrates’ Court over

He was, however, admitted to a bail of N3 million bail with two sureties in like sum.
The accused, who resides at Royal House, off Nitel, Ibogun Road, Lagos, had pleaded not guilty to a two-count charge of fraudulent conversion of
money and theft.

According to the prosecutor, Insp. Ben Ekundayo, the accused committed the offences sometime in January 2017 at No. 55, Lawson St., Onikan,

He said the accused obtained some pharmaceutical products worth N8.1 million from his employer, MG Ross Company Ltd, and after sales,
he converted the proceeds to personal use.

The accused collected pregnancy check strips valued at N 4.1 million, Tena underwears incontinence pad large, discreet and medium, all valued at
N623,000, batteries valued at N124,000 and metres worth N34,000, totaling vN8.1 million, Ekundayo alleged.

The offences contravened Sections 287(7) and 314 (1) of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015 (Revised).
