Abuja, Aug. 17, 2017 (NAN) Hajiya Bilkisu Bashir, Former Secretary, Federal Judiciary Service Commission (FJSC), has called for an incorruptible judiciary that could be trusted by all.

Bashir made the call at a send off party organised by the commission in her honor on Thursday in Abuja.

“I want an incorruptible judiciary that can be trusted, where people believe sincerely that they can go and get justice and fairness.

“But for that to be achieved, the supporting staff and Nigeria in general must help the judges achieve this dream.

“To have a good judiciary, we Nigerians must have to be honest and trust worthy, be accountable and as well hold others accountable,’’ she said.

She urged civil servants in the country to be one united family and shun discrimination, if the country must move forward.

“We need one united people and nation to move forward, I don’t believe in discrimination, I have never discriminated and I see no reason why I should do that to anybody.

“I worked well with my colleagues irrespective of where you come from, I don’t care about your tribe where you come from, your religion or creed as long as you are a Nigerian I’m ok.’’
