Adedoyin donates materials to victims of Ile-Ife crisis

Ile-Ife (Osun), April 25, 2017 (NAN) Dr Ramon Adedoyin, the Maye of the Source, on Tuesday, donated 300 pieces of planks and 28 bundles of iron sheets to affected victims of March 8 Ile-Ife crisis between Yoruba and Hausa.
Adedoyin thanked God for taking total pre-eminent of the crisis and for sparing the lives of the living.
He commended the Yoruba community for given peace a chance after the crisis, saying “I saw it as God’s destiny, for what has been written has been written”.
Maye of the source urged them to exercise patients and allow peaceful coexistence in Ile-Ife and its environs.
Adedoyin appealed to the people to always embrace dialogue whenever there is dispute and pass their grievances to appropriate quarters for quick intervention.
In his response, Prince Adetunmise Adefarakan appreciated the gesture of Adedoyin in donating the materials, noting that the Maye has been supportive even before the crisis.
He promised their support to the maintenance of peace and unity in Ile-Ife, adding that there will be no reprisal attack. (NAN)
