The accused — John Udoh, 23; Godwin Edet, 32; Attah Onuche, 23; and Useni Ali, 58, whose addresses were not provided, are facing a three-count charge bordering on stealing.
The Prosecutor, Insp. Eruada Victor, told the court that the accused committed the offences on Oct. 14 at No 8, Industrial Avenue, Ilupeju, Lagos.
